The challenge  

Moneyhub, a leading UK open data and payments platform, had secured Series A funding to accelerate growth and product innovation. 

With ambitious expansion goals but limited internal talent capability, the business needed a fully embedded recruitment partner who could act as an extension of their team and build a scalable, data-led hiring function. 

Our approach  

Revoco launched a fully embedded three-year RPO solution within weeks, designed to transform Moneyhub’s recruitment operations and support sustained growth. 

  • Deployed an embedded team of four, including a dedicated Head of Talent, within just four weeks. 
  • Redesigned the talent acquisition strategy and introduced a structured hiring and forecasting process. 
  • Advised on ATS improvements and implemented consistent requisition and approval workflows. 
  • Delivered strategic D&I programmes, including return-to-work pathways and detailed reporting. 
  • Built long-term, engaged candidate networks to future-proof hiring and reduce dependency on external suppliers.
