Human Made Machine is a fast-growing MarTech business entering its next phase of scale and innovation. With the Co-Founder stepping back from day-to-day responsibilities, the business needed a new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology strategy, elevate delivery and align the function with ambitious growth goals.
This was a critical leadership hire. The right CTO needed to be not only technically excellent but also commercially astute, a strong cultural fit, and able to gain credibility quickly across the executive team. - Shortlisting: We delivered a carefully curated shortlist of five high-quality candidates, each fully briefed, interviewed, and vetted.
- Selection process: Of the five shortlisted, four were interviewed. One standout candidate was fast-tracked through second and third stage interviews based on strong alignment with the business’s needs and values.
