Systems Administrator | Global Financial System | Dynamics365 BC | Non-Profit | Permanent

Our client is a non-profit organisation working across the globe to fight against poverty, social injustice and natural disaster.

We’re seeking a skilled Systems Administratorwith a strong Finance/Accountancy background, to lead the implementation and support of a global financial system across multiple international offices.
 

Role Purpose

You will be responsible for administering and supporting the rollout of a global financial system, ensuring smooth implementation, user training, and ongoing support. This includes coordinating system configurations, managing opening balances, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the global financial system across international offices.
  • Perform systems administration duties, including user access and security management.
  • Coordinate the preparation and upload of opening balances.
  • Train and support system users, resolving issues and enabling effective reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and update core system requirements.
  • Ensure implementations follow best practices and streamline business processes.
  • Develop user documentation and deliver training (online and in-person).
  • Test new releases and coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Partner with ICT and other departments to maintain system integrity.
  • Continuously improve processes by automating manual tasks.
  • Maintain and develop reports to deliver critical financial insights.
  • Liaise with system vendors for customisation and support escalation.
