Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: London - Hybrid

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £45,00 - £50,000 + Commission

About the Company

Our client is a boutique, FCA-authorised fintech redefining the intersection of private banking and technology. They specialise in delivering tailored multi-currency, FX, and wealth solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), financial institutions, and specialist sectors such as Wealth, Marine, Aviation, and Corporate.

Since launching in 2020, the business has built a profitable, self-funded model and forged strong partnerships with leading industry players. Now expanding across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, they continue to balance commercial scale with an exceptional, relationship-led service approach.

The Role

This newly created role supports the CEO and Founder by managing a portfolio of high-value client relationships introduced directly by the CEO. You’ll oversee the full client journey, from first introduction and onboarding through to long-term relationship management and performance tracking.

It’s a high-exposure position that requires a blend of discretion, precision, and emotional intelligence. You’ll act as a bridge between the CEO’s network and the wider business, ensuring clients receive a seamless, world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Onboarding

  • Manage all CEO-introduced prospects through documentation, compliance, and onboarding.
  • Partner with Compliance to ensure KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements are fully met.
  • Track and manage all activity via internal systems (e.g. Monday.com).
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Client Relationship & Performance

  • Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for CEO-sourced clients post-onboarding.
  • Coordinate with the Client Support team to deliver consistent service excellence.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, revenue trends, and pipeline forecasts.
  • Produce concise monthly updates for the CEO and senior leadership.

Governance & Collaboration

  • Maintain a clear distinction between CEO-sourced and self-sourced client activity.
  • Ensure all CRM data, documentation, and processes are fully compliant and audit-ready.
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Operations, and Finance to uphold accuracy and transparency.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in onboarding, relationship management, or client service.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and broader compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence managing senior and high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Professional discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Why Join

  • Partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic client relationships.
  • Play a pivotal role in enabling commercial scale without compromising client experience.
  • Gain exposure across the full client lifecycle,  from origination through to portfolio management.
  • Join a fast-growing, boutique fintech that’s redefining what private banking looks like in the digital age.
